Order Processing

Every piece from Violet & Hawthorn is thoughtfully handmade with care in my home studio in Bend, Oregon.

My shop offers a mix of Ready to Ship and Made to Order items. Each product page will clearly state which type of item you're purchasing.

Made to Order

Made to Order pieces are sewn especially for you after your order is placed.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for your item to be created before it ships. During collection launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but I'll always communicate any delays.

Ready to Ship

Ready to Ship items are already made and carefully packaged.

These orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped through USPS.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping: $5 on orders under $99

• Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Most USPS shipments arrive within 2–5 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every Violet & Hawthorn piece is made with care, I want you to absolutely love your purchase.

If something isn't quite right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I'll do my best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on my part.
