How long will it take to receive my order?

Violet & Hawthorn offers both Made to Order and Ready to Ship items.

Made to Order pieces are sewn especially for your family and typically ship within 2–3 weeks.
Ready to Ship items ship within 1–3 business days.

Each product page clearly indicates whether an item is Made to Order or Ready to Ship.

Every product includes its own size chart to help you choose the best fit.

If your little one is between sizes or you'd like extra room to grow, I generally recommend sizing up.

If you're still unsure, I'd be happy to help! Just send me an email before ordering.

To help your handmade pieces last for years to come, I recommend:

• Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle.

• Tumble dry low or hang to dry.

• Iron on low if needed.

Following these simple care instructions will help keep your garments looking beautiful wash after wash.

Every Violet & Hawthorn piece is thoughtfully handmade by me in my home studio in Bend, Oregon.

From cutting fabric to the final stitch, each garment is sewn with care and attention to detail.

At this time, I am not accepting custom orders.

I love creating thoughtfully designed collections and appreciate your understanding.

(If you think you might offer customs again someday, we can change this to "Occasionally! Feel free to reach out..." instead.)

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
